Ensures that the facilitys Quality System is established and maintained in compliance with applicable local ordinances, State statutes and Federal regulations, and other laws, including Title 21 CFR 820 (FDA Quality System Regulation), Canadian Food and Drug Regulations, Division 2 Part C, International Standard ISO (11663, 13958, 13959).
Support company objectives while functioning as the primary interface and subject matter expert internally and with the Government on matters relating to company compliance with Governments regulations, guidelines and standards (FAR, CAS, FMF, etc.).

The Import Compliance Manager will serve as Elbit Systems of Americas top-level import professional, providing substantive expertise on all customs-related matters, and will lead enterprise-wide initiatives to enhance compliance with all applicable trade laws and regulations.
