In this role, you will be responsible for
installation, update and maintenance of all computers and peripherals that support the business ( laptops, desktops, printers, smartphones, routers, switches, time clocks, various software, etc. )
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and proposing potential issues that need to be brought forward to the Operations Reliabiltiy Committ (ORC) for systemic process improvement.
In this role, you will prepare, analyze, and manage customer relationships through performance reporting and metrics; support planning strategies and initiatives to enhance delivery of customer service.
In this role, the selected candidate will discuss best business practices with institutions to help guide not only their implementation with RenWeb but also to effectively implement their own internal processes.
