Partners with Regional Management to identify new developments within multiple markets and proposes growth - related initiatives. Develops and maintains relationships with clients, operations, and inside sales team; cultivates new clients.
Drive collaboration and maintain consistent, open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilities with the local team/Pod (i.e. TM and other CAS), as well as the support team (i.e. Ultrasound CAS, FSE, RBD) and other internal and external partners.
This role also contributes valuable Oceania cultural experience to the product and communications development within AA Marketing Communications, Inboard Products and Reservations to ensure we deliver the highest level of service to the customer.
The Specialist, Leisure Sales has a solid understanding of net fare programs and more importantly, is able to grow leisure business in managed accounts as well as influence new business through new accounts.
