Access application vulnerabilities of third party applications and manage their remediation working with the providers; Maintain a regiment of application vulnerability assessment and management of critical applications.
This position is responsible for supporting ensuring the integrity of the costing and decision support tool, maintaining and reconciling daily data loads and processes, completing proformas and operational analysis, assisting the regions with reports needed to make day to day decisions, and maintaining a high level of customer service for all end users.
Provide support internal to Information Services by reviewing help desk tickets, doing initial triage, resolving some yourself or passing on to the next level Business Ad visors or to the local infrastructure team.
Builds and supports Kronos components including Workforce Central Modules, Timekeeper, Advance Scheduler, WDM, WIM, Record Manager (SDM), Interface Designer, Process Designer, Record Manager, Process Manager and Advance Accruals.
This position will also consult with personnel in the organizational units within area of responsibility to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, learn specific input and output requirements and recommend solutions that improve operations.
