The Sales Specialist will deliver sales results via calls on targeted physicians in the assigned territory; implement sales strategies, marketing direction and patient support programs to initiate and retain appropriate patients on the company CNS products.
Performs in-depth customer payment analysis to properly record actions required to resolve disputed items; responsible for the activities involving tracing sources of error, correcting billing documentation, and processing final billing.
Drive collaboration and maintain consistent, open lines of communication across the assigned responsibilities with the local team/Pod (i.e. TM and other CAS), as well as the support team (i.e. Ultrasound CAS, FSE, RBD) and other internal and external partners.
