In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for teaching, mentoring and leading consultative sales, strategic account planning, strategic account management, multi-stakeholder complex sales, solution sales, negotiation, territory management, value based selling, networking, new market penetration and growth strategies.
Work with operations to ensure appropriate level of collateral reporting is in place. Interpret results of collateral monitoring / field exams. Establish reserves for any deterioration in collateral. Identify and understand inventory collateral and eligibility.
In this role, the candidate will provide oversight and information to various teams ensuring satisfactory Reg. 9 reviews, audits, compliance, and regulatory exam results over the trust administration functions. during the process for preparing documentation for annual trust account reviews.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide leadership in the identification and implementation of performance improvement initiatives across all manufacturing facilities by establishing standards, visuals on the floor and information centers identifying company goals and progress measurements.
