The Senior Business Systems Analyst leads and coordinates BSA colleagues in the development of functional specifications for major systems and applications and/or bundles of smaller systems and applications.
The senior systems analyst analyzes specific business areas, makes recommendations and participates in the definition, development, and implementation of business and technology projects to meet current and long-range goals.
In this role, you will be supporting a number of applications and domain areas for Human Resources. The primary alignment for this position will be within the Benefits and Compensation domains but other areas within HR will be assigned as needed.

The sr. Systems analyst is responsible to lead analytical efforts associated with multiple projects, which are based on requirements given directly by customers or client groups. Incumbent gathers business requirements from client groups and suggests enhancements to existing systems, or proposes solutions to current client group needs.
In this role, the selected candidate will elicit and document technical business requirements from various sources, including Treasury, agencies, customers, internal stakeholders, third-party payment processors, and other parties.
