In this role, the successful candidate will take charge of all HR generalist activities: staffing, compensation and benefits, training, compliance, recommendations for improvement, audits, employee orientations, EHS initiatives.
The HRM is responsible for developing the human capital necessary to support the achievement of the financial, compliance, and strategic goals of their respective store location, positively contributing to the long-term success of the market, region, and company.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide HR leadership and support for a manufacturing operation, balancing transactional with strategic direction and meeting business objectives; responsible for delivering or coordinating all Human Resource activities and initiatives to the operation.
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the maintenance and enhancement of the applicant tracking system (Taleo), learning management and performance management and other integrated Talent Acquisition (TA) tools including our employee referral portal, integrated reporting tool, background screening vendor and hiring assessment tool.
In this role, you will manage the Human Resources Consultants, Employee Relations Specialists, and HR Coordinators, and works with the HR CoE's to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to HR issue resolution and needs fulfillment.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead and align HR activities for one or more business segments. Serve as an integral member and partner of the leadership teams of these groups. Consult with officers, vice presidents and directors on the development and execution of HR strategy for the segments.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead internal HR development in Organizational Development tools for our Business Partners to deploy in their business areas; design, development and implement learning strategies that support key business initiatives.
