In this role, you will lead the Quality & Food Safety aspects of planned product launches and providing key technical expertise to the global Markets that distribute Frozen & Chilled Culinary products through stage gate development processes.
The Manager of Quality Control directs the overseeing of the Quality Control Pre and Post Delivery processing of Valuation orders in compliance with regulatory, industry and client requirements. Facilitates the relationship between the clients and the business unit. Responds to and satisfies issues in a timely, consistent manner and ensure accurate resolution.
Maintain internal contacts with various ancillary departments, directors, case managers, information services staff and physicians to support data analysis/management in order to affect appropriate service, planning, design, implementation and ongoing re-evaluations.
The Quality Manager is responsible for implementing, managing and improving the plant Quality System and supervising and performing visual and physical inspection, sampling, testing and control of parts, products and raw materials to assure compliance with Company and regulatory policies, procedures, established specifications and applicable quality standards
Will be responsible for managing a team of highly motivated software test engineers working in Agile software development model in delivering highest quality products that meet or exceed the expectations of internal and external stakeholders.
Provide leadership to the quality technicians and other personnel assigned by ensuring employees have a clear understanding of the quality expectations and procedures to identify and communicate quality results to pertinent supervisors, managers and production employees.
