In this position, you will lead testing team by directing daily activities, resolving or escalating testing blocks, monitoring quality, and ensuring deadlines are met or changes approved. Adapts planning based on test results and progress, take actions necessary to compensate for schedule delays or problems.
In this role, you will lead testing communication plan and drives the planning, testing, execution and reporting with team members; liaises with key stakeholders. The selected candidate will identify, track, escalate and resolve testing issue conflicts; perform impact analysis and prioritization; manages dependencies.
The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying and implementing effective workflows and controls, identifying process efficiencies, and establishing/maintaining relationships with counterparts across multiple business lines to satisfy client requests and research/resolve potential issues.
In this role, you will be responsible for the understanding and interpretation of Client Specifications, ASME & National Board Codes and Jacobs procedures in order to perform QC functions and NDT inspections to particular test methods and percentages.
In this role, the selected candidate will supervise construction activities to insure compliance with drawings and specifications; identify, document, and track quality control and safety deficiencies.
This role is responsible for leading the IT software quality assurance organization, which includes QA Analysts, Automation Engineers and Performance Engineers. The ideal candidate is someone with prior hands-on software testing experience and IT management experience.
In this role, the selected candidate will generate Quality metrics (based on corporate strategy) & leads improvement thru Corrective & Preventive Action and audit process versus annual performance objectives.
