The Construction Project Engineer II will be a direct report to the Manager of Construction Engineering. He/She will be responsible for managing individual Midstream projects up to the approved dollar amounts.
Coordinate the planning, scoping, negotiating, cost estimating, quoting, purchase order development, regulatory approval, property access, scheduling, project implementation, invoicing, and payment process of maintenance projects.
Develop software solutions utilizing a wide range of programming languages and provide analytical support to include user requirements and feedback, configuration change management, evaluation of alternative methods, and financial impact. DHS will maintain ownership of software source code.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop in-depth knowledge and understanding of projects or work orders assigned; identify all required details to be produced for the project and condense details to drawings.
In this role, you will utilize strong mechanical aptitude, electrical systems competencies, and problem solving skills to work hands-on to troubleshoot equipment issues, develop action plans, and identify resource needs to solve problems in a methodical, disciplined fashion.
This position is primarily responsible for directing the daily progress of audit fieldwork and supervising assigned staff on audit assignments, participating in or leading special projects and providing support to the Manager of Audit.
Supports Global Sustainment Program Integration lead for Lighter-than-air (LTA) sub-market segment. This position provides Sustainment and Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) project management support to ensure Sustainment products and services are developed and delivered per contract cost, schedule, and technical requirements.
