The Channel Manager role will be critical to expanding our business, leveraging our broad network of distributors to build greater success than we ever have for our end customers, our distributors and Product Care.
The Product Training Manager is responsible for developing and implementing training programs that increase product knowledge and foster customer engagement. The Product Training Manager collaborates cross functionally within Product Development, Store Operations, Merchandising, and Marketing to prioritize training objectives and then develops training solutions to achieve objectives.
This position is also responsible for guiding the strategic direction of our reporting and systems and ensuring that we have the best in class services and tools to support our company strategic goals.
In this role, you will captures and consolidates sales & equipment forecast and provides analytical support and manages the communication of forecast to finance, trade assets, and senior management teams on an ongoing basis to improve forecast accuracy.
In this role, the selected candidate manages and provides guidance to the personnel responsible for the management of a portfolio of projects; leads and manages multiple complex or enterprise-wide projects using advanced concepts and tools.
In this role, you will be responsible for routine follow up of project action items, updates, and maintaining and circulating current timelines. Ensures that timely and accurate project information is available to project teams.
In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to work both independently and in a team oriented environment; prior knowledge and experience in the residential and/or commericial window and door industry will be a plus, but not required.
