In this role, you will provides support to all Offices in the Eastern Region during staffing inadequacies. Responsible for responsive opening of new accounts, processing customer servicing requests and processing teller transactions as needed.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the processing and support of complete, accurate, and timely valuation and financial statements for daily and monthly valued clients as well as the resolution of any problems that arise during the normal daily, weekly, or monthly valuation processes, and the communication of this information to all interested parties.
In this role, you will act as liaison between IT and Business units at senior level; Possesses knowledge of the business units objectives, processes, and products; Supports users in building business case, including cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, and project scope.
In this role, you will design, implement, integrate, and provide full support for software in a multi-tiered, multi-platform environment; test and research the appropriate system software to meet corporate standards and objectives for system performance.
In this role, the selected candidate will review all new advisory account paperwork for accuracy and completion, coordinate funding with KIS service teams and the clearing firm, and turn over accounts to the discretionary money managers for trading.
