In this role, the selected candidate will assist in the administration of employee programs, such as corporate wellness program, annual benefit enrollment, and required annual compliance training; conduct organization audits to identify employee relations, compliance and safety issues and takes appropriate actions to address and resolve those issues.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing support to technical professionals with regard to a variety of administrative, systems, and business operations problems, and participation in related system development projects of moderate to complex nature.
In this role, the selected candidate will work with the HR team to develop and implement strategic HR programs. Ensuring positive organization development by leveraging best practices and change management techniques.
In this role, the selected candidate will build and maintain business knowledge for assigned areas of responsibility, including organizational strategy, competitive strengths, industry dynamics, profit levers, customers and competitors, as well as how the business focus fits into the overall strategy.
