Analyzes opportunities and risks to move the business forward and formulates effective plans consistent with Arthritis Foundation practices, market goals and level of responsibility. Manages time, people, and money effectively to accomplish goals.
This position may function as head of a small mega-site unit with three levels of management reporting up to this position; or may assist in the leadership of a large mega or multi-site unit reporting up to a VP, Facilities Operations.
The ideal candidate will manage all business related activity to achieve the HCR Manor Care vision and supporting strategies and will assure the company image as an ethical and high quality provider of health services.
Maintain full responsibility of the overall functions of the financial areas and cost controls, adhere to financial and accounting policies and procedure and manage expenditures in a fiscally responsible manner.
