In this role, the selected candidate will gather requirements for any WMS functional and technical enhancements as requested by site operations; work closely with assigned IT and PM resources to configure, develop, test, train and deploy these enhancements.
Provide IT customer support to users including phone and desktop support. Manage desktop purchases and delivery and coordinate/interface with the NASA provider. Manage IT procurements and maintenance agreements and support the IT planning process. Must be knowledgeable of TOSC systems and applications.
In this role, you will be responsible to develop end-user training and user guides. Provides analysis of the usage and return-on-investment of installed and proposed systems. Generates reports as requested, including writing specifications for custom reports.
This SystemsAdministrator is primarily responsible for all aspects of designing, analyzing,configuring and supporting a highly available, production level Internethosting environment. This position will also be responsible for general systemsand network administration duties as assigned.
Establishes and documents system parameters and formats, ensures hardware and software systems compatibility and coordinates and/or modifies system parameters in terms of existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities.
In this role, you will responsible for the deployment and management of software data collection tools, client site visits for physical assessment data collection, mastering use of Tableau Software, collaboration and project management with internal and external contacts.
In this role, the selected candidate will support the MPS analyst's key deliverables which include but are not limited to: detailed evaluation of current business state, definition of business requirements, evaluation of business functionality, architecting solutions, impact on future trends, cost/benefit analysis, documentation of requirements and quarterly business reviews.
