The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Subcontract Managers and Procurement Representatives and is responsible for all cost, schedule and technical risk with the APACHE supply base.

Provide supplier selection, vendor relationship management and contract negotiation and oversight, to include but not limited to: hosting regular project meetings, establishing and maintaining parameters for task and milestone accomplishments, defining project success/failure criteria, and establishing vendor responsibilities within project scope.
Modeling program, storm drainage programs, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D. Projects will include a variety of land development site designs. In addition to strong technical experience, other responsibilities will include research, coordination, project management.
In this role, the selected candidate will coordinate and successfully deliver the roll-out of new sites from an IT perspective, including interfacing with the Network, Server, Desktop, Security and Customer Services groups.
