As a Networking Sales/Systems Engineer (SE), you will be responsible for the technical relationships with customers and prospects, and you will identify and match technology opportunities with our customers business needs.
As a member of our team, you will follow up on company generated leads for new system sales, and will also be required to self generate some of your own leads. With a strong focus on customer service and a commitment to integrity, you will schedule sales appointments and conduct assessments regarding potential application of company services and offers solutions that meet customer needs.
The Sales Engineer is responsible for providing industry expertise technical support and presenting technical solutions to the sales and business solution teams that result in retaining and increasing revenue and clients.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for helping to generate sales revenues for West Geographic Information System (GIS) products and services and work with West executive leadership to develop tactics and strategies designed to achieve sales goals.
