The Regional Sales Director coordinates and functionally supervises all activities relating to the sale of all company services through relationships with accounts and through independent insurance, tax, and other financial professionals (Providers) who provide professional services to business clients of all sizes.
In this role, You will be responsible for recruiting, coaching, developing, and managing a regional sales team. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales plans, strategies, and objectives. You will help develop the sales team through training, will help to identify and build rapport with customers, and will communicate clear expectations to your team.
