The incumbent is accountable and responsible for professional practice, clinical outcomes, human resources management, financial performance, patient experience, marketing and program refinement in response to needs and trends.
Manages multi-disciplinary process improvement by utilizing excellent communication and leadership skills to challenge status quo and positively influence Regional Administrative teams and physicians to change processes to improve performance.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and implement a formal client retention and client satisfaction strategy; build relationships with new customers and increase company's market share in the region (including groups such as risk management associations, trade associations, CPAs, wealth advisors).
The HR Director will assist in the development of programs designed to attract, retain, empower, engage, motivate employees and improve employee relations as well as comply with all labor, EEO and employment related statutes and regulations.

Responsible for people management of the area, including recommendation of staffing, hiring, termination and discipline, setting performance standards and evaluating staff, staff development and training.
Plan and execute the direction and administration of all regional office activities, including: fundraising, program delivery, leadership development, communications, government relations, fact-finding/research and office management to advance ADLs mission within the assigned region.
