Utilize and implement project management processes and methodologies for IT that ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet the customer's expectations.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage all aspects of Aviation Civil Engineering projects and related work, including possessing a working hands-on proficiency with all aspects of projects including team organization, communications, sub consultant engagements, contract, scope of service and fee estimate development, scheduling, programming, design, planning, bidding, construction and special services as defined in applicable DOT criteria and FAA advisory circulars.
Work with external brand and product partners to coordinate co-branded campaigns, asset exchanges and performance tracking; serve as primary coordinator between the company teams and external partner teams ensuring internal executing teams have access to required personnel or assets from external partners.
The Senior Program Manager (SPM) is responsible for a portfolio of programs and ensuring that cost, schedule and program performance goals are achieved. The Senior Program Manager is responsible leading Captures and managing proposal activity as it pertains to growing the assigned portfolio.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing and coordinating all necessary project resources and documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle. This includes the maintenance of budget and schedule, and the management and administration of all contractual requirements, agreements with trade partners, purchase orders, meeting minutes and shop drawing logs. This individual also manages risk, insurances, general work performance and quality, and overall team progress against the project plan through consistent communication and collaboration with the owner and project team members.
Monitor production schedules, critical paths for projects, trade partner schedules, and cost control to ensure homes/buildings are completed per required company time-frames and meet expected quality and profit levels.
