As a Senior Project Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing multiple million dollar projects. Must be able to meet deadlines and excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate with all departments important to the commercial project. Will be onsite and work from an office.
Assistant PM is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of client services are delivered at the highest level to ensure that the Client's needs are addressed; knowledge of scheduling, cost control and project control techniques.
Develop broad strategic knowledge of Canopy product portfolio and target markets, performance targets and strategic priorities to aid in educating cross-functional partners and coordinating their activity in support of Canopy projects.
Plan, organize, and track projects for the engineering department. This includes working with vendors, account managers to gather the project timeline, coordinate with launch and network project managers on the overall master schedule.
The Project Manager works closely with the Product Marketing organization to understand the user needs and product scope. They collaborate with the functional leadership of their development team members to get appropriate review and functional oversight.
Correctly involve sales, product, credentialing, account management, account setup, customer education, operations and technology as needed; work effectively within set-up processes or work to improve and change processes; keep leadership informed and escalate appropriately.
Develop and maintain the project plan by producing summary status reports, issuing monthly projections, and change orders, change proposals/pricing for both the owner and the subcontractor(s), creating/monitoring pay applications and cash flow in an effort to manage the budget.
The purpose of this position is to provide project management expertise in civil, structural and mechanical aspects of large Design & Build construction projects. This position will provide project management expertise to teams of designers, engineers, construction managers and contractors.
The Diagnostics Engineer/Project Manager will take on the responsibility of managing the technical production and contractual aspects of multiple projects within the office with focus on restoration, rehabilitation, renovation, and forensics related work.
