In this role, the selected candidate will manage and coordinate the (3) three phases of control and documentation performed by the QC Specialists, testing laboratory personnel and any other inspection and testing personnel required by the Contract.

In this role, you will provide direct support to the supplier integrated product team (ipt) scm with a focus on improving supplier performance through driving cultural change at subcontractors with emphasis on long range strategic planning to include risk and opportunity management, engagement with the subcontractors day to day business rhythm on site, be the established customer presence, conduct studies for improvement, capacity analysis and process flow, affordability focused and training for subcontractors on identified shortfalls.
