Performing military requirements analysis, threat system analysis, system survivability analysis, mission performance/effectiveness analysis, force level effectiveness analysis, military utility, and operations analysis.
Conduct safety check lists and inspections; support design and test readiness reviews and safety working group meetings; preparation of data packages and briefing material for Customer System Safety Review Boards.

In this role, the selected candidate will assist/create (as assigned) the quoting, engineering packages, documentation, classification, and the assisting of customers inquiries of Power products, while positioning the company for steady, long term growth.
Maintaining an accurate and complete description of cases managed through our case tracking and problem management system; contributing knowledge on a regular basis to the Knowledge Base, FAQs, examples and how-tos for publication for customers and the knowledge system.
Provides in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.Troubleshoots problems with malfunctioning electro/mechanical equipment or software applications and recommends corrective action.
Since you will interface directly with the client, it is also the responsibility of an Engineer to develop a positive relationship with client personnel such that the client requests or recommends continued service on their projects.
