In this role, you will work closely with programs to gain feedback on how to improve the relationship with HR. The selected candidate will partner with business units on hiring needs, be liaison for successful posting, hiring and orienting new team members.
In this role, you will conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development. Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
In this role, you will be responsible to assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving human resources issues. Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.
