As the DBD, you will develop an experienced, professional team of program managers, regional managers, account managers, and inside sales specialists to increase revenue through strategic alliances, national accounts and direct selling.
The Director of Staff Development is responsible for the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive education/training program which includes management education, staff education, the comprehensive competency program for the facility as well as oversight and coordination of all student programs.
