The Regional Sales Director coordinates and functionally supervises all activities relating to the sale of all company services through relationships with accounts and through independent insurance, tax, and other financial professionals (Providers) who provide professional services to business clients of all sizes.

The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for generating revenue through the sale of golf outings, banquets along with the creation and management of a large client database and development and execution of a comprehensive sales plan along with marketing the club.
Adhere to and administer company sales policies and guidelines by representing the company in an ethical, moral and professional manner. Frequently meet with each teams and staff to review work assignments.
Serve as a key leader in the critical growth engine for company by contributing to the securing of large, multi-year services contracts for the payer, provider, pharmacuetical, and life sciences market.
The Director of Sales will direct the sales of assigned region, support and maintain cooperation with existing and new potential customers, as well as open new markets, develop and increase the revenues from the region.
Generate new lead sources and develop new networking relationships; sell the full suite of services to new and existing customers; generate and sell high margin solutions by targeting on-net and near-net prospects.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and implement a formal client retention and client satisfaction strategy; build relationships with new customers and increase company's market share in the region (including groups such as risk management associations, trade associations, CPAs, wealth advisors).
