In this role, you will partner with the leadership team to establish plans that attract, engage and retain key employees and ensure that the right talent is available to deliver on business objectives.
In this role, you will provide coaching and mentoring at the senior management level particularly in the areas of talent management, employee engagement and employee relations / communications. Provide managers with strategic direction regarding organizational structure and approaches to leverage staffing and talent needs.

In this role, the selected candidate will implement human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations.
The Director of HR will have full responsibility for all areas of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, policies and procedures, and compliance.
In this role, you will be responsible for labor agreement administration in a team environment, including serving as company spokesman in meetings with Labor Representatives to review and respond to cases involving discipline, claim and grievances appeals for single and/or multiple labor agreements, including written and/or verbal advocacy for cases advanced to arbitration.
In this role, the selected candidate will participate in annual operating plan discussions for assigned business operations and develops appropriate Human Resources plans in support of key business needs.
