The Controller will be responsible for all the general accounting functions including, but not limited to, general ledger closing, financial reporting, account analysis, year-end audit, preparation on required financial filings with the Companys lenders as well as third parties and bank reconciliations.
Responsible to support all financial activities for projects in execution that you are assigned to. You will primarily be supporting Sr. Commercial Project Analysts (CPAs) by performing SAP transactions and other requests as needed to financially manage Wind Projects in Execution.
The Assistant Corporate Controller is responsible for worldwide financial statement consolidation, and cost accounting, external reporting, and North America general accounting and internal controls. Primary responsibilities include supervision of the monthly close process, monthly and quarterly account reconciliation reviews, SEC 10-Q and 10-K filings, and ensuring internal control compliance.
Manages and develops the Accounting staff, which includes hiring, terminating and disciplining employees, scheduling employees, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, counseling and training employees, evaluating performance and directing work assignments to ensure effective departmental operations.
Perform daily operations of the Finance Department. Responsibilities include Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Bill, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Sales and Use Tax, General Ledger Accounting, Financial Reporting (Balance Sheet, P&L, Statement of Cash Flows, Forecast, Capital Expenditures, Sales and Margin Reporting, Full Cost profitability models, Treasury and Risk Management).
The System Controller is responsible for overseeing Financial Statements and Tax Return preparation and annual audits; the System Controller reports directly to the Associate Vice President of Finance.
