The Construction Project Manager is a construction professional skilled in all facets of project management who is responsible for leading projects, following project processes, and where applicable, providing direction to assisting staff.
In this role, you will lead project teams consisting of architects, design engineers, general and specialty contractors, property management, operating engineers, real estate brokers, environmental consultants, client Project Management Organization, client security, and client technology teams.
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the schedule, budget, quality, safety and relationships of a construction project in partnership with the Superintendent. This position plans and coordinates all aspects of the construction process to effectively manage the risk at hand.
In this role, the selected candidate will manage all aspects of Aviation Civil Engineering projects and related work, including possessing a working hands-on proficiency with all aspects of projects including team organization, communications, sub consultant engagements, contract, scope of service and fee estimate development, scheduling, programming, design, planning, bidding, construction and special services as defined in applicable DOT criteria and FAA advisory circulars.
The Project Manager, IT Low Voltage Systems is accountable for the successful implementation of the IT Systems infrastructure and applications on all real estate construction: new builds and renovations to existing buildings and projects.
