As a Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will determine and formulate accounting and finance policies. You will provide overall direction of companies or private and public sector organizations within guidelines set up by a board of directors or similar governing body.
The CFO is responsible for directing and overseeing all financial activities of the organization, including preparation of all financial reporting, financial planning and the refining/creation of budgets, forecasts and financial analysis, and will ensure that financial transactions and policies and procedures meet the organizations short and long-term objectives.
This position is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects a $100M+ non-profit's operations. Provides strategic leadership for the company by working with the executive team to establish long-range goals, strategies, and policies for the organization & ensures that the mission and core values of the company are put into practice within managed departments.
In this role, the selected candidate must be detail-oriented and operates with a very hands-on style while being proactive in actions to assimilate day to day activities within the company's long term strategic initiatives.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations; provide leadership and coordination in the financial planning, financing, accounting, and budgeting efforts of the company.
