In this role, you will develop relationships in the organization and the business unit(s) supported and develop domain knowledge of organizational direction, objectives, operations, processes, systems/applications and users.
The most successful candidate will have had previous loan origination experience. Analysts will be responsible for writing test cases, testing banking applications, finding/reporting problems and documenting their testing so that projects are delivered on time, with high quality and within budget.
Provide IT customer support to users including phone and desktop support. Manage desktop purchases and delivery and coordinate/interface with the NASA provider. Manage IT procurements and maintenance agreements and support the IT planning process. Must be knowledgeable of TOSC systems and applications.

This Sales Analyst will have regular contact with sales reps including reports, requests for merchandise & information and will be assisting or heading trade show participation including everything from registration to booth setup and participation, and will also be working with the graphics department to create and maintain sell sheets, price lists, and will be creating a checks and balances system to ensure precise figures are presented.
The roles responsibilities entail assisting with effective implementation, configuration, and maintenance of systems with the focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will analyze the CRM implementation with the IT Team and managing partners.
