The Business Analyst's primary objective is in helping with the implementation of technology solutions in a cost-effective, efficient way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners.
Creates, reviews, and updates documentation on an annual basis for responsible systems prepares test scenarios and testing schedules. Works closely with other IS staff to specify requirements and translate them to well-designed software structures.

Evaluate possible process improvements via business case and management agreement in the shared services business; scoping of process improvement projects to address need vs want scenarios to develop short term and long term initiatives.
Responsible to gather customer requirements, prepare and manage detailed functional specifications, work with developers to ensure the solution meets business needs, and facilitate testing including managing test issues.
The eCommerce Business Analyst consults with internal customers of eCommerce to capture agreed-upon business objectives and processes and communicates these processes and their implications to technical and non-technical contributors to ensure that applications accurately meet business users' goals.
The Business Analyst effectively facilitates the gathering, analysis, prioritization and categorization of complex business requirements in the revenue business lines s/he supports; leads and directs business teams in medium to large projects creating new business solutions or enhancements to existing business solutions.
