The Privacy and Compliance Attorney position will be responsible for overseeing the companys privacy and compliance program related to safeguarding employee, customer and corporate information pursuant to legal, regulatory and accreditation requirements and standards that govern privacy, as well as mitigating legal and regulatory compliance risks in a manner that promotes the companys mission.
This attorney will have an understanding of ERISA and its application to out-of-network providers and will have knowledge of pending legislation related to health law both nationally and at the state level.

Toxic tort, product liability, premises liability, construction, professional liability (medicine, accounting, law and design professionals), trucking and maritime matters, and claims involving catastrophic brain and other injuries, wrongful death, as well as insurance coverage claims.
