In this role, the selected candidate must have a commercial construction background with large and small retail: in-line mall stores, flagship/anchor stores as well as a diverse experience with healthcare, hospitality and multifamily (multi-family).
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of projects, possibly including water system master plans, hydraulic distribution system modeling, water audits, water quality studies, disinfection, water supply sustainability, fire flow capacity, energy evaluations, water main replacement analysis, water vulnerability and emergency response, and Safe Drinking Water Program audits.
In this role, the selected candidate assists in preparation of a Manufacturing/Construction Plan that complies with the cost proposal and contract specifications, assesses the financial impact of project status to budget, and develops management control requirements for designated contracts, programs, projects and/or tasks.
In this role, the selected candidate prepares and maintains management control (financial/business planning and scheduling) systems for moderately complex contracts, programs, projects, and/or tasks to determine and maintain the most cost effective method of accomplishing work, identify and mitigate risks, etc. Contracts may range in value from $10 million to $1 billion.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for leading smaller scale, lower risk projects and managing all activities in a project life-cycle (initiation planning, executing/controlling, and closing) associated with projects that are typically department-focused and/or lower in risk, scope and complexity.
