Provide technical and IT administrative support within areas of the IT Department and the Technology Support Division technical analysis, troubleshooting, end-user support, project administration, and development of improved efficiencies.
Work closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure.
Conveys customer feedback to product development staff. Possesses thorough knowledge of companys products used by customers. Responsible for resource planning and allocation, managing customer expectations and project deliverables, and providing cross-functional escalation and communication.
