The Regional Sales Director coordinates and functionally supervises all activities relating to the sale of all company services through relationships with accounts and through independent insurance, tax, and other financial professionals (Providers) who provide professional services to business clients of all sizes.
In this role, you will be developing independent day to day practices resourcing peers and director as needed follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead regional meetings on a regular basis; support peer-to-peer networks and sub-regional groups that can augment the region in terms of learning, information sharing and support.
In this role, you will develops profitable new business and account relationships. Identifies business opportunities based on knowledge of clients, markets, products and services with the ability to self-source opportunities. Makes sales presentations to existing and prospective clients.
