In this role, you will define/approve process routes (items) necessary to meet the product material and end use property constraints. Maintain an ongoing technical interface via technical meetings and discussions with the customer as assigned.
The selected candidate will participate in all facets of the design and development including designing the chip components and associated VHDL, collaborate with the fabrication facilities to address questions and/or concerns, designing the chip packaging and collaborating with the packaging facility to ensure the chips are packaged to specifications, designing the test board to evaluate the chip, and collaborate with the board manufacturer to ensure the packages are correctly installed.
In this role, you will design of integrated circuits from concept to manufacture; establish and implement circuits and for use in high-performance systems; lab evaluation of high-speed analog circuits.
In this role, you will design utilities to support IC verification and characterization and improve productivity; work closely with failure analysis team to determine root cause on failures, to support and resolve customer complaints.
As a Junior/Intermediate ASIC Design Engineer, you will be responsible to work closely with the design lead on the design of a sub-system in networking SoCs. Responsibilities for this position include sub-system design/verification/back-end support.
