The Manufacturing Operations Shift Manager is responsible for oversight of all operations on their assigned shift and will also be accountable for the safety of the site, ensuring a quality driven workforce, continuously challenging inefficiency and process loss at every opportunity, establishing a team culture of continuous improvement and the unrelenting pursuit of excellence.
The Plant Manager is responsible to provide leadership and direction to the plant in all areas of responsibility including administration, production, processing, packaging, quality, maintenance, warehousing, shipping, purchasing, safety, and environmental.
Responsible for the planning and execution of all activities required to maintain the plant structures and facilities in a safe and proper condition through effective use of both internal and external personnel, which includes administration and oversight of all maintenance contracts.
Responsible for the planning and execution of all assigned maintenance activities during on-line, forced outages, refuel outages and unplanned power reductions for both internal and external personnel, which includes administration and oversight of all maintenance contract personnel.
Collaborating with function leaders to create and execute effective employee relations processes and develop managers to do the same in order to maintain a positive working environment and support the labor relations philosophy.
