The individual responds to employee inquiries and leadership requests, identifies issues and escalates as needed. The HR Shared Services Representative provides technical, transactional, communication and systems support to the University, HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide counsel to the General Manager and his/her staff on human resource matters; serves in a balanced employee/management advocacy role. Earns trust and respect of team members and leaders.
