In this role, you will be responsible for static stress analysis using solid, plate and shell axially symmetric; eigenvalue and modal analysis using (1.) elements; nonlinear analysis using contact elements.
The successful candidate will work with an existing team of highly technical engineers to extend the functionality and performance of our sophisticated trading system that manages significant amounts of the firm's capital.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a proven relevant working experience designing new functions with real time and complex, large embedded system; experience with Unix/Linux application development.

Employ innovative thought and automation to improve operational productivity, workflow, system performance and trader support. Participate in the full software development life-cycle of operational monitoring systems.
The selected candidate will performs moderately complex application and storage system upgrades (hardware/software) as well as periodic health checks in accordance with established corporate policies and procedures.
Responsible for planning and assisting in the execution of various Continuous Improvement projects targeted towards improving the businesss performance on safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost.
Serves as a recognized authority, and/or project team leader with expert level knowledge in at least one engineering discipline in one or more of the companys product/service areas. Engineering activities support both domestic and international products/services.
