Under the direction of the Director, IS Applications, the Systems/Business Analyst I is responsible to analyze, define and document business needs and/or issues based on customer/business owner feedback, current tasking and project goals.
In this role, the selected candidate must have a proven experience with both existing and emerging technologies in the area of secure data networks; proven experience with LAN/WAN technology including switching and basic routing concepts.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and analyze underlying performance drivers; integrate and maintain data from multiple information systems to support timely and accurate reporting.
In this role, the selected candidate will analyze clinical needs and develops solutions through the use of information systems and procedures; assist in justification, selection and implementation of clinical systems; consult with users to determine problems, identify needs and develop or recommend potential solutions.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify gaps between the current deployment of applications and future requirements that have evolved due to organizational growth, changes, or strategy; translate business requirements into system definitions and solutions.
In this role, you will work closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determine requirements, and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure.
This position requires use of Peoplesoft, running queries and reports from Hyperion and Peoplesoft. Also the use of email, Microsoft Office products, various governmental and lender/servicer websites. This position requires through knowledge of federal/university financial aid regulations and policies.
In this role, the selected candidate will analyze clinical needs and develops solutions through the use of information systems and procedures; assist in justification, selection and implementation of clinical systems; consult with users to determine problems, identify needs and develop or recommend potential solutions; lead project teams and serve on other committees as required; assist in the preparation, installation and setup of clinical systems; and coordinate training of medical staff and others.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing data to support customers. The selected candidate will utilize an automated ticketing and order provisioning systems to record and track resolution of customer issues.
Provide dedicated system administration, networking, programming, cyber research and development, and cyber intelligence gathering / analysis support of multiple ongoing customer programs and internal research efforts.
Manage the delivery of multiple project initiatives designed to enhance the services and level of support provided to the client. Maintain responsibility for the overall planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and delivery of all projects prioritized in alignment with the PM and clients expectations and business needs.
