The IT Support Manager will work with the Lead Information Management Engineer, the Lead Information Security Architect and the Information System Security Officer to security operate and maintain all of the information systems and networks operated in support of this contract.
In this role, you will be responsible for interaction, personnel scheduling and performance management, system and service monitoring, process adherence, SLA management, continual service improvement, major outage management, on call duties, and functioning as the owner of all infrastructure upgrades and changes.
