In this role, you will serve as a recruiter for international development proposals, working closely with the proposal team members to ensure clear communication on staffing and recruitment processes during capture phase and throughout the proposal.

manage and develop the team of Recruiters both internal and external; grow the Recruiting Team to a best-in-class technical recruiting function ensuring the highest levels of hiring standards are consistently met.

In this role, the selected candidate will maintain up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues and trends in the legal industry that have short and long-term implications on the business; cultivate relationships and maintain close communication with candidates, colleagues, law school alumni groups, professional organizations, and external recruiters.
