The Portfolio Operations Manager (POM) is part of the Marketing Team and, working closely with the Portfolio Operations Leader and the Global Marketing Services Skill Center, is responsible for the overall operational customer experience for one or more brand teams.
Builds and manages cross-functional teams around project-based contracts. Performs supervisory functions, including but not limited to, making employment decisions regarding hiring, promoting, demoting and terminating, conducting performance appraisals and coaching and developing associates.
The manager will provide analysis of vulnerability scans and assessments. Identify threats to the organization from open source and other threat intelligence sources
and identify organizational position and posture against emerging and zero day threats.
The Operations Manager oversees all aspects of daily operations for a program, including staffing, performance monitoring, quality assurance oversight, training, subcontractor management, auditing and compliance with internal and external requirements.
Strong process skills with the ability to integrate technology and process to improve efficiency and results. Work on specific technology based Recruiting Technology projects to drive implementation and partner with Recruiters to improve tool usage.
Responsible for planning, organizing and managing a project, or series of smaller projects or a definable piece of a larger program for successful completion and performance consistent with contractual agreements.
In this role, you will be responsible for interaction, personnel scheduling and performance management, system and service monitoring, process adherence, SLA management, continual service improvement, major outage management, on call duties, and functioning as the owner of all infrastructure upgrades and changes.
