This individual will be accountable for helping the Director establish a centralized comprehensive governance program over the companys cash payment activities/systems.

Responsible for supervising the various tests, results, software systems, quality control for the laboratory department including the Core lab, Microbiology, Immunology and Send Outs, as well as the supervising staff for those departments.

Coordinates all division operations, including talent management, staffing and resourcing, performance management, staff recognition and events, and regional and portfolio management, including budgeting, financial management, and performance reporting.
Evaluates, designs, documents, installs, implements, tests, and performs problem isolation and resolution; and monitors, tunes, sets standards and maintains a range of computer network components and systems.
