In this role, the selected candidate will be drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a variety of technology transactions (both inbound and outbound) including, but not limited to licensing agreements, software development contracts, services and consulting agreements, hardware, content and other technology agreements.
In this role, you will assist other attorneys in the Legal Department to advise on mutual fund, private fund and registered investment advisor issues;, including negotiating agreements with third party mutual funds, such as servicing agreements, record keeping agreements and third party access agreements.
In this position, you will collect appropriate clinical and family information from clients necessary for scheduling of appropriate tests, proper interpretation of test results and preparation of final reports.
In this role, the selected candidate will be advising on a full range of issues associated with investment advisors and mutual funds, including compliance matters, investment vehicles, governance structures, etc.
In this position, you will provide counsel to, and work closely with, Human Resources on a broad range of employment matters, including recruiting, hiring, leave and accommodation, benefits, compensation, employee relations, restrictive covenants, discipline, terminations, compliance matters (including wage and hour), and strategies for managing risk around employment matters.
The Patent Staff Attorney will analyze Patent Office actions and prepare responses, conduct interviews with Patent Office examiners and other patent prosecution-related activity; as well as assist in formulating and preparing infringement and validity opinions and providing legal advice as needed.
In this role, the selected candidate will be working with health system organizations in building/enforcing compliance programs and policies and developing recommendations to advise company executives, sales and marketing, product groups and clinical research departments.
In this role, the selected candidate must have an experience assessing export and import compliance processes, procedures and resources; preparing or reviewing export licenses; providing recommendations; and developing policies and procedures.
