Evaluating customers disaster recovery procedures; documenting identified recommendations for operational enablement along with the people, processes, and technology based on Red Hats experience with operationalizing Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform.
Understanding of IT help desk and service management along with good understanding of the ITIL framework including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and/or Service Desk.
Develop solution in the areas of Quality Assurance, Integrated Audit Team support, Deliverables Management to include establishing work standards and criteria, Audit Tools and Databases, and providing overall meeting support.
The primary responsibility will be to successfully sell Honeywell building automation products and service offerings to target markets (federal, institutional, hospitals, commercial office, data center, etc.).
