The Nurse Supervisor is accountable for planning and oversight of department staff activities related to patient care, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to fiscal budget, policies, procedures, standards and regulations.
This position provides supervisory support to Technical Support Representatives while building customer loyalty through excellent customer service interactions. Supervisor will be responsible for handling customer escalations and a resource in answering questions submitted by direct reports. Team consists of front-line employees, handling incoming and outgoing technical support calls and emails generated by customers.
Assist with all aspects of operations including event coordination, equipment maintenance, engineering, event staffing, setups and changeovers, event services, fire and life safety and customer service.
Responsible for conducting analysis, running statistical studies, and identifying opportunities for organizational improvement/optimization within the Materials Management Group. Projects could be related to E&O, cycle counts, purchasing, inventory and S&OP.
Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Develops presentations, including general preparation, identifying resources, collateral and presentation materials, equipment needs, producing scripts and PowerPoint presentations committee and or board members; minutes.
This position is response for all daily activities performed in this department of the manufacturing facility. The position controls staffing levels and assigns employees to tasks as necessary in order to meet production goals as assigned by the Production Scheduler.
Provide oversight for multiple hospital departments in the absence of unit management. Addresses patient care, staffing, and any other issues that may arise. Supervises nurses and staff and takes administrative responsibilities.
The Product Support Supervisor is responsible for handling escalated requests, maintaining tracking of licenses and software application discs, license keys, and the PCLS software server and nurturing vendor relationships.
