In this role, you will be responsible for the technical project management of initiatives in Client Systems. Provide leadership and oversight to a matrixed team of CIT and Business team members. Provide project teams with expertise, direction, motivation, and encouragement. Be responsible for all aspects of project management from project initiation through project completion, production integration and service activation.
In this role, the selected candidate will be charged both with leading the teams in every facet of the production, as well as being the direct point of contact with the end client, and steering both parties through the production process in a timely manner.
Lead the effort in developing and launching multiple new applications, maintaining and improving existing applications. Maintain the project schedule and communicate the current status of the projects in flight.
In this role, you will lead, plan, conduct and coordinate a range of complex engineering activities encompassing one or more engineering disciplines. Serve as consultant to management and customers regarding advanced technical studies, their potential application and the resolution of complex problems.
The Technical Project Manager will manage multiple projects with highly talented, cross-functional engineering teams in delivering enterprise application software and systems primarily focused on Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) and RF geolocation applications supporting multiple Department of Defense (DoD) and other Intelligence Community customers.
Defines project value proposition, scope, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for IT projects. Work with the engineering manager, product owners, architects, developers and SDETs to endure that the product is being delivered with quality on time and within budget.
