In this role, the successful candidate will test and score applicants and gathers feedback from other interviewers. Informs candidates of job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation and benefits packages, and career advancement opportunities.
The selected candidate will build a substantial competitive intelligence knowledge base of desired areas, companies, etc. Execute and manage on line candidate search campaigns, using various tools (Job boards, social media tools, applicant tracking system, etc). Track prospects in a prospective tracking tool and report metrics for pipeline, conversions and hires.
In this role, the selected candidate will own the full-cycle recruitment for corporate searches strategy, search briefing, sourcing, screening candidates, collecting and distributing feedback, checking references, extending offers, negotiating/closing and starting pre-hire onboarding process.
