The Key Account Manager (KAM) covers a designated territory that ranges in geographic size to support and address the inquiries of various healthcare providers treating Toxoplasmosis in the assigned area. This position will require working closely across multiple departments within Turing.
The National Account Manager (NAM) will be responsible for minimizing and/or removing barriers associated with patient access to our client's product(s) with large National payers and appropriate key regional payers. The NAM will manage vendor relationships and will work to maintain patient access. This role is critical and time sensitive in the women's health pre and post launch strategy with large key payer targets, including large national commercial insurers, Pharmacy Benefit Managers (PBMs), and government payer entities.
Conducting a minimum number of face to face meetings with prospects; developing compelling client value propositions and business cases; participating in sales demonstrations of our proprietary products.
This position will be responsible for managing CyberSource's Account-On-File Services for Enterprise clients and partners. Account-On-File services such as Account Updater and Subscriptions Management allow Merchants to extend the customer Lifecycle of their consumers allowing merchants/partners to optimize their billing success and retain more customers.
Develop knowledge of customer infrastructure, procedures & team. Review current status of implementation, support & escalation policies, best practices, and develop an overarching support strategy that matches customers need with shoretels support capabilities.
